A reflection on loss and the fragility of life, driven by an empathy for the overlooked or forgotten. I am constantly confronted by the sight of roadkill. In these moments, I feel a sense of responsibility to these animals and to the lives they leave behind. This reliquary cabinet invites the viewer to participate in the quiet act of caring.
